Eastwood Lunar New Year Festival, 2021

The City of Ryde Lunar New Year Festival is organised by the City of Ryde in partnership with the Lunar New Year Committee.

In 2021, the traditional large City of Ryde Lunar New Year event was cancelled due to the Covid Pandemic.  An outdoor cinema session replaced the festival along with an online competition.

The Vietnamese celebrate the Year of the Buffalo as opposed to the Year of the Ox in the Chinese zodiac.
