Eastwood Stories : Ryde After Dark
DESCRIPTION
Eastwood Stories, was an interactive digital artwork presented as part of Ryde After Dark.
Produced and organised by Art Thinking and featuring local Eastwood artist Chris Yee, this digital artwork was showcased on a large-scale LED screen, creating a vibrant display of colour, animation and storytelling.
The artwork was co-created with the community, featuring illustrated designs inspired by Eastwood’s identity, culture, and local stories brought to life.
On the night people were invited to:
- Design and colour a rice/noodle bowl, lantern or lotus flower and watch it animate on the giant LED screen
- Share stories and meet new people
