Gladesville Public School

Gladesville Public School in the County of Cumberland opened in 1879. It later became Gladesville Public School and Home Science School in 1929. Home Science Schools provided commercial and home management courses for girls.

In 1934 Gladesville reverted to a Public School before becoming a Central School in 1944. In 1956 Gladesville once again reverted to a Public School and still operates as such today.
