The 2022 Granny Smith Festival was held on Saturday 15 October. Its highlight acts were Dami Im and the Mighty Pups from Paw Patrol.

The Grand Street Parade featured marching bands and community floats. Council's festival float showcased an inflatable apple, Sweetie Pie and Mrs Smith herself. There were 250 market stalls as well as a Core Youth Zone at Eastwood Public School. On West Parade and Eastwood Oval festival goers could jump on festival rides, visit an animal farm or try their luck with classic carnival games.

The closing show at Eastwood Oval started with the family circus show by Beeswax and Bottlecaps followed by new and old classics by Bermuda Social. The night finished with Dami Im and a Fireworks spectacular.
