NotesAs at 2024, the quilt is located on the western wall of the Council Chambers Level 1A, 1 Pope Street, Ryde.
The Ryde Council Housing Scheme was an innovative post WWII project developed by Ryde Municipal Council. Between 1945 and 1952 599 houses were built by Council and a further 360 were built under a Ryde loan scheme.
