The 2018 Granny Smith Festival was held on Saturday 20 October. 2018 marked the 150th anniversary of the Granny Smith apple.

The Grand Street Parade included marching bands, community floats and dancers. There were over 200 market stalls located in the streets of Eastwood. Ryde Council set up a Green Hub in Hillview Road. Granny's Cider Bar was located between Eastwood Oval and Eastwood Railway Station.

In addition to performances by Hi-5, there was a special Kids Hub established at Eastwood Public School .'The Children's Garden of Earthly Delights' included stage shows, backyard bugs, games, face painting and craft activities. Also at the school was The Core, a dedicated Youth Zone.

There was plenty of music and performances at the various stages: Plaza stage, Trelawney Street Stage, Caravan Stage and the Oval stage culminating in Soul Nights, followed by Samantha Jade. Fireworks concluded the event.
