(8) At Ordinary meeting of 27 November 1912 where Ald. Campbell’s resignation was minuted, the date of the election was set for Saturday 21 December. However, Tunbridge’s first Ordinary meeting was 18 December 1912; replaces Ald. Campbell. Perhaps his was the only nomination so no poll was required?
(9) Ald. Small was elected Mayor at a Special meeting on 11 February 1911 but only took over from March of that year. Ald. Johnson was still Mayor in February 1911
